Exchanges policy
Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you wish you can ask for an exchange on your purchase for one of our other courses. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the purchase or it is within 24 hours of the course, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a exchange
Class Cancellation
Any cancellations need to be made via email to admin@rangingpoler.com within 24 hours before the class, this includes 1-1s, courses, or any other adhoc bookings. If a cancellation needs to be rescheduled, this has to be notified to Eva by email within 24 hours of the original class date.
