The Wilde Ways - Basework Workshop

Suitable for Intermediate+. 

Prerequisite: Comfortable sits, climbs, spins, variety of grips & inverts. Experience of flow moves such as pirouette, shoulder rolls etc will be useful.

Combining Eva's best loved basework tricks into a concoction of standing flow, low mounts & floorwork sequences. Focusing on building a repertoire of silky static movement through mindful body awareness & option building opportunities to explore transitions between our tricks.
In this workshop we will go through basework sequences & play using a variety of movement cues.
Emphasis will be on building choiceful movement, keeping ourselves moving, and exploring the connections between pole tricks & flow. Expect low mounts mixed in with static rotations, floorwork & flow.

3.15pm The Wilde Signature - Choreo Workshop

Suitable for Upper Beginner+. Heels can be worn.

Prerequisite: Experience of flow moves such as pirouette, spins, shoulder rolls etc can be useful.


Eva loves a slow, gooey, slippery & slinky heels choreography class. Within this choreography we explore continuous movement opportunities by blending standing flow & floorwork together.
Eva’s choreography classes are all about having a fun time & creating a safe space where we can find some connection between ourselves and movement. The art of staying present and finding opportunities for mind and body connection.
